The Element Hotel at Basalt is a 76,500-sf, four-story, wood-frame hotel with 113 rooms. The rooms are designed with an eco-friendly, open-flow concept and have fully equipped kitchens with large windows for ample natural light. Amenities included a fitness center, indoor saltwater pool, and outdoor hot tub. Construction also included an outdoor patio with grills, a lobby marketplace, a restaurant, and flexible multi-purpose meeting spaces. This project was designed to the Westin Brand Standards and is LEED Certified.
